Location was great, right in the heart of the mountain range. The views were breathtaking, definitely one of the highlights. Staff was fairly friendly and accommodating when needed. The bed was large and comfortable.

We decided to have a romantic escape but the lighting in the room was very dim and not suitable for reading or even applying makeup. Bathroom was small and cramped, the shower had low pressure and temperature fluctuations. There was no fridge in the room to store our drinks, which was quite inconvenient. we found it overpriced for what we got.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the beautiful and spacious room with a large terrace. The attention to detail and quality of the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. The breakfast options were top-notch, with high-quality products such as slow juicers, freshly baked bread, and delicious yogurt. It was a truly delightful and satisfying experience.

Spending my Christmas holidays at this ski hotel was an amazing experience! the well-equipped ski room, including individual storage areas and boot warmers, was a real luxury. the hotel's location near the ski slope was the best feature of the property! And the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to offer recommendations and ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

The variety of food for the half-board option was limited, and the fitness room was not well equipped. there was not enough space in the room to hang or dry wet ski clothes, making it slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel's location was impressive with the chill music playing at the parking lot. the room had a large terrace and had a tremendous amount of storage space. Bathroom was also nice with high-quality toiletries. the staff was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. the pool, sauna, and breakfast were also top-notch.

The fitness room was an afterthought and was not worthy of being called a gym.
